Learn about the recording of on-site talks
We will be recording presentations on-site for our digital audience on Swapcard. The recordings are taken through the room AV equipment by capturing the slides (on the laptop) and the speakers voice (through the sound system).
Please note the presentation recordings are made available to the Plus Pass members only.
If you would like the file copy of the recording, then please contact your event manager 1 week post event (as this is when our files will have finished rendering).
If you do not want your presentation recorded, please let us know as soon as possible.
