Are the presentations recorded?
Learn about the recording of on-site talks
We record presentations on-site for selected events. To check whether presentations will be recorded at your specific event, please reach out to your Event Manager.
The recordings are taken through the room AV equipment by capturing the presentation slides (on the laptop) and the speaker’s voice (through the sound system).
If you would like a copy of your presentation recording only, please contact your Event Manager two weeks post-event, once all files have finished rendering.
If you do not want your presentation to be recorded, please let us know as soon as possible or update your recording permissions in the Sponsor Portal.
