Best practices for your on-site presentation

Take a look at how you can encourage discussion and audience interaction

❄️ Ice Breakers - In order to help kick-start the discussion for your presentation Q&A session, we strongly recommend sending 2-3 “Ice Breaker” questions through to your event manager. These questions will be submitted at the start of the session as it often takes a minute or two for attendees to submit their questions.

How to get the most out of your presentation - We recommend that your presentation be centred around a client case study to maximise engagement. It should not be a rehash of any previous material at one of our events.

📄Provide Talk Documents - To increase the audience interaction on Swapcard, we also recommend submitting presentation slides or accompanying documents that delegates can download during/after the event on the platform session. You can provide a version of your slides that does not include sensitive information if required. Please include these when submitting your presentation slides, or send these through to your event manager.
