How do I ship my materials to the event?
Our Exhibitor Manual contains all the information you need to successfully ship your materials to the event
Your Sponsor Portal will be updated with the event Exhibitor Manual prior to the event, which includes detailed guidance on:
- Details of our official shipping and on-site logistics partner, SITE Global Event Logistics, including the correct shipping address
- How far in advance materials can be shipped and stored
- Courier and loading bay instructions
- On-site delivery procedures
- When and how materials need to be collected after the event
You can access the Exhibitor Manual via the “Downloads” section of your Sponsor Portal homepage.
❗ Please note: Oxford Global does not take responsibility for missing materials or late deliveries if the instructions outlined in the Exhibitor Manual are not followed, if arrangements are not made through SITE Global Event Logistics, or if items are shipped directly to the venue.
For UK events:
All international exhibition goods must be cleared by UK customs. International exhibitors are required to register for an EORI number in advance of shipping their goods. Guidance can be found here.
