Your sponsor portal homepage will be updated 2 months prior to the event with our event Exhibitor Manual which includes information on:
- Details of our shipping company and/or the address to send your materials to
- How far in advance you can ship and store items
- Courier and loading bay instructions
- When materials need to be collected
You can view your exhibitor manual in the "Downloads" section of your sponsor portal homepage.

For UK events: Please note, all international exhibition goods must be cleared by UK customs.
