Learn about the on-site process to ensure your meetings run smoothly
Hello, the Oxford Global staff will be on hand to ensure delegates make their meetings on time. All scheduled meetings will take place during the networking breaks over the two-days, and these will be at your exhibition booth or in a private meeting room if you have this booked.
During registration, delegates with meetings will be reminded of their meetings with a copy of their schedule and will be notified of where these will be held.
During the breaks, the Oxford Global team will be on hand to proactively ensure delegates attend scheduled meetings punctually, and liaise with you on any changes or new meetings.
A dedicated member of the team on-site will keep track of the meetings during the event to ensure guaranteed numbers and will troubleshoot if required. Please keep the Oxford Global team informed of any changes (new timings, meetings held outside their time etc) to help ensure the meetings are on track.
