How do the 1-2-1 meetings work on-site?

To ensure pre-arranged meetings run smoothly and on time, please review the following guidance ahead of the event.

Meeting Location 

All pre-arranged meetings will take place exclusively within the dedicated Networking Zone
Each participating company will be assigned a table within this area for the duration of their scheduled meetings. 

Arrival & Check-In 

Representatives hosting meetings should arrive at the Networking Zone 10–15 minutes before each networking break they are participating in. 

Upon arrival: 

  • Our Concierge Team will check you in 
  • You will be guided to your assigned table within the zone 

Please note that check-in is required before each networking break, even if you have attended earlier sessions. This allows us to confirm your presence and ensure your meeting partner is directed to the correct table promptly. 

During the Networking Break 

Once checked in, remain at your assigned table so your scheduled meeting participant can easily locate you when they arrive. 

Please ensure meetings adhere strictly to the 20-minute time limit to keep the schedule running smoothly and to avoid delays or inconvenience for other participants. 

Meetings Outside the Programme 

Any meetings arranged outside of the official pre-arranged meetings programme must: 

  • Be scheduled independently 
  • Take place at your own sponsor booth 

The Networking Zone is reserved solely for pre-arranged meetings and cannot be used for ad-hoc or informal discussions.
