How do the 1-2-1 meetings work on-site?

Learn about the on-site process to ensure your meetings run smoothly

During the event, the Oxford Global staff will be available on-site to ensure delegates attend their meetings promptly. All scheduled meetings will be held during the networking breaks over the two-day period. These meetings can take place either at your exhibition booth or in a private meeting room if you have made a booking in advance.

During registration, delegates with meetings will receive a schedule reminder and location notification. We recommend checking Swapcard for real-time updates. Please refer to the 1-2-1 meeting section on Swapcard for more details here.

⏰ The networking breaks are divided into 20-minute slots and normally structured in the follow way:

      • Morning break - 3 to 4 slots
      • Lunch break - 3 slots
      • Afternoon break - 3 to 4 slots (Day 1 only)

During the breaks, the Oxford Global team will be on hand to proactively ensure delegates attend scheduled meetings punctually and liaise with you on any changes or new meetings.

On-site, a dedicated team member will track meetings to guarantee attendance and offer support if necessary. Kindly keep the Oxford Global team informed of any changes, such as new timings or meetings held outside their scheduled time, to help ensure that all meetings proceed smoothly.

If needed, we can offer an up-to-date list of attendees to replace cancelled meetings. This will be provided during the event, as newly registered individuals may attend whom you are not aware of, giving you additional choices
