How do the on-site presentations work?
What to expect during your speaker's talk
If your speaker would like to see the room, or have a brief test run of the slides, they are welcome to visit the conference room in a networking break before their talk.
Your speaker will be asked to stand behind the podium. The microphone and slide advancer will be on the podium ready for use.

Speaking slots are 25 minutes – we recommend a 20-minute presentation and leaving 5 minutes for any Q&A’s from the audience.
The preferred presentation slide format is 16:9, please ensure that you or your speaker have sent us the presentation slides prior to the event.
All presentation slides will then be pre-loaded in the correct conference room ready for your speaker when they arrive at the event. If there are any last-minute changes to the presentation, the updated slides can be brought to the venue on the day of the conference via a USB stick. In each conference room there will be an OG room manager and/or technician who will be able to assist with uploading the correct slides to use.
