Are there ways to enhance the on-site experience & increase networking potential?

Actions which can promote your experience at the conference

To ensure that you can get the most out of your on-site experience, we’re pleased to detail a few ways in which you can enhance your experience at the conference. This guidance has been divided into program, partnering and exhibition stand guidelines for easy reference.

Program

  • We would advise to structure your presentation to allow for time for a 5-minutes Q&A session.
  • If you have added the lead retrieval option, we would highly recommend having one of your team scan the badges of all individuals joining the conference room for your presentation to maximise follow-up opportunity.

Partnering

  • At Oxford Global, we offer two levels of partnering; peer-to-peer through our accompanying platform and tailored 1-2-1 meeting organised by Oxford Global for your benefit.
  • In reference to peer-to-peer networking, you will be able to connect with delegates on our platform 1-week before the conference and invite individuals to meet with you on-site or digitally. This is arranged by you and the targeted delegate.
  • If you have 1-2-1 meetings as part of your package, you can also use the feature above, but for your top 40 delegates, Oxford Global will outreach on your behalf, to confirm pre-scheduled meetings. As previously noted, if you can provide us with the reason why you would like to meet a specific delegate and craft a personalised invitation, this often increases the chance of delegates accepting the meeting with you.

Exhibition Stand

  • If you have an exhibition as part of your package, this is a fantastic element to maintain your brand exposure across the two days. However, it is advised that you see this element of the conference as your hub and divide your time between this and proactively joining interactive sessions throughout the duration of the conference, to maximise your target identification and exposure at the conference.
  • If you have a lead retrieval licence as part of your package, it is advised that you scan as many badges of interested parties as possible, as this will capture their GDPR compliant data for post-conference contact.
  • The competition for the attention of our audiences grows each year, therefore the need to stand out in the crowd is even more important. If you would like to explore additional ways to attract delegates to your booth, please contact your account manager.
