How do we make the most of our sponsorship (pre-event)?

A short guide to ensure that the event is as beneficial as possible for you.

  • Ensure you have an active social media presence before the conference by posting your attendance at the event. We can also tag your company when we post and re-share when you post.
  • Engage early with the digital platform that will accompany the in-person event. We find that partners that populate their page with content (posters / whitepapers / Videos) do receive more pre-qualified interest from this, which can be followed up on. You will be given access 2 weeks before the conference, with all attendees receiving access 1 week before the hybrid event. This is a great way to identify potential targets and connect with them before the conference. Once you have connected with them on the platform, you can download their information and the messages that you have shared.
  • Alongside these tips, we have also provided you with a delegate profiling form. To ensure that the event is as targeted as possible, please indicate the areas of interest through the set categories and state if there are any prospective clients (Pharmaceutical / Biotech) that you would like to see at the event. On receipt of this, our attendee acquisition team will be able to focus on your requests as part of their campaign.
  • If you have 1-2-1 meetings as part of your selected package, please provide personalised invitations stating why you would like to meet with your selected delegates. We are continuing to find that this personal approach ensures a higher acceptance rate.
  • If you have a presentation or a workshop as part of your selected package, we suggest industry client involvement and a data driven presentation where possible as this tends to draw higher  audience numbers into the room.
