How does the lead retrieval work?

Our lead retrieval is accessible through our event app Swapcard. To begin scanning badges, download the Swapcard mobile application, and after logging into the event, you will be able to see a camera-shaped button at the bottom right of the screen, on the home page.

You are then able to scan a badge by simply scanning the QR from your camera, and the person will be automatically added to your contacts. This allows you to exchange messages, obtain contact information, note the quality of the contact and add notes to your file.

Your contact details are also automatically sent to the scanned delegate, and you are able to download an Excel of all contacts made by visiting your “Contacts” section or from the Exhibitor Centre on Swapcard.

If you do not see anything when you start the badge scan, remember to check that the application is allowed to access your camera from your phone settings.
