Preparing Your Meeting Selections
Begin making your delegate choices for the pre-arranged meetings programme with Oxford Global.
Six weeks before the event, you will receive the attendee list from our Customer Success team. This will also be available via the Sponsor Portal and can be accessed by all members of your team. We recommend that all attending representatives review the list and submit their preferences.
Please select your preferred meeting targets as follows:

Mark “A” for your top 10–15 priority contacts.

Mark “B” for at least 40 additional contacts you are interested in meeting.

Leave blank or enter “NO” for contacts you do not wish to meet.
Where possible, please enter the name of the attending representative in the “Chosen By” column for each selection to support efficient scheduling.
You will be given a submission deadline, typically two weeks after receiving the list. It is essential that selections are completed by this date. Late submissions may delay outreach and could impact your guaranteed meeting quota.
