Our Sponsor Portals offer a user-friendly platform for sponsors to access important information and features related to the event. This article will guide you through the various sections available once you have successfully logged in.
As a confirmed sponsor you will receive an introductory welcome email from ‘noreply@hubspot.com’, titled "Registration Confirmation & Welcome."
At the bottom of the email, you will find details on how to log in. If you have not previously accessed an Oxford Global event portal, you will have the option to register for a log in – this will require for you to set up a password to permit future log ins.
If you have previously accessed any of our event portals, our system will recognise your email and provide a link on which you can click on and be directed to the event portal log in page.
The portal displays a welcome message and features various sections:
- ‘Key timings’
- ‘My sponsorships’
- ‘Downloads’
- ‘Venue & Accommodation’
- ‘Media Pack’
