Check the equipment included for your on-site presentation
If you have a presentation during the event, Oxford Global will ensure all conference room AV is arranged. This includes:

- Screens
- Projectors
- Microphones
- Technician Support
If you would like to present from your own laptop directly from at the podium (with all chargers and adapters) please check with your event manager if this is possible at this specific event.
We also record audio and slides during the event (find out more here)
If you have a pre/post-event workshop, all the above-mentioned AV equipment will be included as standard.
