What do we need to provide for our presentation?

Please ensure you are fully prepared in advance of your on-site presentation

Prior to the event, you will need to login to your sponsor portal and submit the following information:

  • Presentation title 

  • Bullet points outlining content of the talk (max 250 Characters) 

  • Your company’s chosen speaker and their details (name, job title, company, and email address). 

Please refer to the Sponsor Portal for a complete overview of deadlines and submission requirements.

At least 1 week before the event please submit the presentation slides via the portal, so we can have these ready in the room before they present. 

If there are any last-minute changes to the presentation, the updated slides can be brought to the venue on the day of the conference via a USB stick. Our on-site production team will assist in ensuring the most up-to-date version of the slides is used.
