What happens after 1-2-1 choices are submitted?
Invitation Process begins, meetings are scheduled.
✉️ Once you have completed and submitted your delegate selections, our Partnering Specialist will begin the invitation process. This includes sending email invitations and following up by phone and message to secure your guaranteed number of meetings.
✅ You will receive regular updates on your meeting progress, including confirmed attendees who have accepted to meet with you. If needed, you may also be asked to submit additional selections. Weekly email updates will be provided, and confirmed delegates will be added to your live tracking sheet as they accept.
📅 Approximately 1 week before the event, your scheduled meetings will be available in the Meetings Update tab in the shared delegate list and on the Swapcard app. At this stage, you can finalise your agenda for the rest of the event and begin ad-hoc networking.
