What happens after 1-2-1 choices are submitted?

Invitation Process begins, meetings are scheduled.

Once you have made your selections and sent them back to your Event Manager, our dedicated Partnering Specialist will start the invitation process. This will include sending an email invitation as well as follow-ups via calls and messages to confirm your guaranteed number of meetings.

📅 1-2 weeks prior to the event, you will be able to view your scheduled meetings to date on your Meetings Update section. This schedule will also become available on the Swapcard platform and app, where you will be able to assign meetings to specific representatives.
