What happens after 1-2-1 choices are submitted?

Learn more about the process of 1-2-1 meetings before the event

✉️ Once you have made your selections and sent them back to your Event Manager, our dedicated Partnering Specialist will start the invitation process. This will include sending an email invitation as well as follow-ups via calls and messages to confirm your guaranteed number of meetings.

✅ Your Event Manager will keep you updated on the progress of your meetings, sending you the confirmed list of attendees who have accepted your invitation. You may also receive an updated choices list to make additional selections if required.

📅 The week prior to the event, you will receive your schedule with timings via email. This schedule will also become available on the Swapcard platform and app, where you will be able to assign meetings to specific representatives.
