How does this work?
Workshops are hosted before or during the event days. This includes 2-3 hours engagement time, and refreshment break. All the content and layout of the workshop is overseen by you, the sponsor.
Once your workshop is confirmed, details are added to our event registration platform for delegates to confirm their interest, in addition to our conference brochure and website for maximum visibility.
Your Event Manager will liaise with you regarding details of the workshop and on-day logistics. Oxford Global will handle all logistics including registration, management of the room and AV set up.
On-site, you will have dedicated Oxford Global staff who will manage the workshop registration and will be on hand to ensure the smooth running of the session.
If you have a pre/post-event workshop, all the previously mentioned AV equipment will be included as standard.
