What is included in our exhibition stand area?

Find out what will be provided, and what you need to bring

✅ Exhibitors will be provided with the following in their exhibition stand area:

  • One standard trestle table - Approximately 6ft long, width does vary per event/venue (speak with your event manager if you need specific sizing)
  • Four chairs - Standard seating to fit around a trestle table   
  • Access to a power socket - This will be one outlet, the plug type will be the same as the country the event is taking place in (USA socket for USA event etc). Voltage and frequency standard depending on socket
  • Carpeting - All exhibition areas will be carpeted, so there is no need to purchase this
  • WiFi/Internet Access - Instructions on how to access the WiFi will be shared on-site

❌ The following items are not provided: 

  • Display boards and displays
  • Power cable extensions/extension leads 
  • Travel/power adapters 
  • Additional furniture/equipment such as high stools, screens or leaflet stands
