Understanding Knowledge Base and it's benefits
Our "Knowledge Base" section is where you will find a collection of frequently asked questions (FAQ's) and helpful videos to assist with any reoccurring questions or concerns.
If you or any of your team has any questions – you will be able to find answers via our knowledge base. To access this, you will need to either:
- Log into the sponsor portal and on the top right had side of the page you will find the ‘knowledge base’
- Or simply click here
Once the ‘Knowledge Base’ page opens you will see a search bar, which allows you to type in keywords and find relevant information, instructive videos, or content within the page. In addition, you can click on the buttons which feature pages covering some of our FAQ’s on each section.
