Upon logging in, you will be greeted with a welcome message and presented with several sections that offer valuable insights and resources for the event. Let's take a closer look at each of these sections:

Key timings
This section provides you with important timings for the event. It includes a live countdown to day 1 of the event, ensuring that you stay updated and well-prepared for the activities ahead.
My Sponsorship
Once logged into the sponsor portal you can scroll down to My Sponsorship section, this is where you will be able to add all required information. Simply click on the submit/Update Brand Details button to add in your logo and profile. To view how to do this, please click here.
Your package overview will give you a breakdown of everything that is included in your package. This is also where you can add your representative details for the event - this is important to add in order to prepare your representatives badges.
The following section is for 1-2-1 meetings, if you have these included this is where you will be able to see how many you have contracted and when the list will be available.
In the next two sections you will find your presentation details, if you have these included. You will be able to submit the details simply by clicking Submit/Update Presentation details button.
Lastly, you will find the poster presentation section, if you have this included you can add your details in here. If you do not have this included, you can upgrade your package by clicking on the button or contacting the team at help@oxfordglobal.co.uk.
Downloads
The download section is a valuable resource hub where you can access various materials related to the event and it's kept up to date by the team - you are able to keep an eye on the agenda, the floorplan and Exhibitor Manual that are available to view around two months before the event, this will give you all the information you need in order to prepare for the event.
Venue & Accommodation
Here, you will find comprehensive information about the event's venue and accommodation options. This section provides details about the location, facilities, and any special arrangements that have been made for attendees.
Media Pack
The media pack section is designed to facilitate your engagement with the event's social media platforms. It contains event-specific social media images, links to Oxford Global's social media pages and event-related hashtags. This allows you to stay connected, share updates, and engage with other attendees before, during, and after the event.
