Find out when you can prepare your stand, and when to pack away
Your sponsor portal will be updated with the event exhibitor manual approximately 2 months prior to the event. It will include specific timings on when to set up your stand, however for the majority of our events the set-up time will be the evening prior or the morning of day 1 of the event. 
You are invited to breakdown your stand after the final afternoon refreshments and networking opportunities on the second day of the event. Please refer to the event agenda for specific timings - this can be downloaded from the "Downloads" section of your sponsor portal homepage.
