Your sponsor portal will be updated with the event exhibitor manual approximately 2 months prior to the event. It will include specific timings on when to set up your stand, however, for most of our events, the set-up time will be the evening prior of the event.
Unfortunately, due to health and safety requirements, setup will not be permitted on the morning of the event. All stands and booths must be fully set up and ready before the doors open on the morning of Day 1.
You are invited to breakdown your stand after the final afternoon refreshments and networking opportunities on the second day of the event. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for specific timings - this can be downloaded from the "Downloads" section of your sponsor portal homepage.
Please check with your event manager on site before you start to pack down any of your stand.
